When I was in Mammoth a year ago, Meb had an Infinity G sedan & a Toyota Sequoia SUV. Amy Hastings drove a Subaru Impreza Sport. Deena & Andrew had an SUV (forgot which one), as did Allistar Craig.
Most seemed to drive cars that were functional for the environment they were in, as opposed to something fancy, expensive and flashy. I would bet (just as a hunch) that most elite runners are like that. This isn't the NBA after all. :)

Back in the day, after he won Oly gold, Paul Ereng rolled in a pimped out Nissan Maxima with liscense plates that read "800m kid". Pretty awesome. He had a sweet SUV at the same time but I can't remember what it was.

Abdi had a Denali with wheels - I think there are photos of him with the truck when LRC did an interview with him a long time ago.
But that got stolen last year or the year before when he was out for a run.
