I developed Bulimia in college. Maybe not full fledged but I would sometimes feel I ate too much at the all you can eat dining hall after practice and then throw up what I felt like was only the right amount. Then this progressed to, well, I might as well finish off my meal with a huge bowl of ice cream because I can just hork that up along with about half of the maybe 1500 calories or more I had already eaten in starches and fats. Pretty sick, and I was not even that fast (14 high 5k Division 1). This kept up till I was over 30 years old, sometimes I would go a whole year without puking or weighing myself but other times I'd throw up almost every day for weeks. Once I ate a whole large Dominos Pizza with meats and an order of Chicken KIckers and washed it down with a 2 Liter of Diet Coke. And funny thing, my weight never even changed much at all so it was all a waste of time and sometimes money. I never got any faster after college, was one of these guys who ran 15's and 32's and won some races and a little cash, which I would spend on beer. And yes I am obviously male. Thinking of getting back to racing in my 30s, not sure if this is wise or not...
