I get the runner a sub distance as I've done this for my athletes very early in the specific prep phase, but are any other of the top 800 runners doing this so close to the games?

My opinion is that Nick relies too much on his training and doesn't get enough racing in prior to championship meets.

I assume moye blocks fulfill this requirement ? That's what I'd use.

He posted that he was running a 400 overseas on his FB. It's legit.

I can't tell if you're serious or not, but I've never heard of blocks being a mandatory element of any race, much less the 400.

I think most of you have it too slow. I know a sophomore in high school who has run 48.0, and Symmonds would beat him.
