Personally, I don't think Rupp is there yet (able to beat Farah or Bekele in the 10k), but this was a huge step in the right direction and a lot can happen in a month. Medal threat for sure.
Yep. Sadly I agree, I think Rupp has another year or two of progression and then we might see him regularly beating the Africans.
Now, with a larger sample set of Rupp Races to gauge by, I completely revise my opinion.
Rupp can now regularly beat the top Africans.
