Bill Stewart - don't know how many consecutive years he broke 2 - but near 20. He also set the masters indoor mile record about 2 weeks after turning 40 long ago. I don't know that PHallop ever broke 2.
I don't live there anymore but there was a fellow in Seattle around 1980-83, Evan Schull(?), who had bettered 2 minutes for the 800m every year for the last 20 years at that time.
