Ran a 4:20 as a solo “time trial” (but only at 98% effort) in old spikes. Went to BU in Dragonflies and ran closer to 4:05.
Lol. My 3000 is sub 8:10 but I couldn't break 3:55 in the 1500. As you expect, my tempo/threshold pace is a lot closer to 5 flat but my speed work is a lot less impressive
