Or a concentration camp survivor.

Easy.
Soccer players and rowers. The reason is they both have ripped, all-over definition, are slender but neither skinny or bulky.
Long distance runners and football players, as a whole, are the least attractive.
That being said, generally speaking, any athlete's body is better than a couch potato's.
Male Rugby Players (the real football NFL players wish they were that tough!)
Female middle-distance and tennis players. Hands Down
It depends a little for individual preference. My take is male swimmers and female mid-distance runners.
I know that chick....she owns and runs a crossfit affiliate. When I met her the first time at her gym I was expecting a dude because she has a dude's name. I will tell you her adams apple is bigger than most dudes. Great body, not a great face and far from "lovely"

Didn't know who she was so I googled her. Loved that approximately 80% of the google images that came up were of her fantastic hindquarters.

Not swimmers. I did not enjoy watching them shaking out their jiggly arms in Beijing 2008 while I was waiting for the track events to begin. I guess Phelps was more "cut" than most.
Swimmers tend to have a higher percentage of body fat, has to do with bouyancy, variable density, etc. Plus, when they finish an event, their body and especially their midsection is swollen from exertion.
What?!?!

I have to give major consideration to rollerbladers. I can't speak to the upper body , but women who rollerblade on courses that require a bit of hill work have the best glute/thigh combo I've ever seen.
I guess a gal who rollerblades to a cliff - then climbs it...would be my choice. They are hard to find , however. :)
