donuts and little debbie
Taking the question in a slightly different direction, I'll say that one of the most healthy things that I surprisingly believe I could eat every day without complaint is a spinach and banana smoothie. I read about this in a vegan diet experiment and took notice because the guy said it was just about the only thing he could stomach daily when he first started the diet. I tried it and, sure enough, I love them. Cleaning the blender and keeping bananas stocked are the two hardest parts about it.
coffee, vodka.
Serious, I've had some great long runs the morning after a few vodka drinks. Of course coffee gives any run a boost.
fruit and vegetables are the only superfoods
It depends on what you consider superfoods. There's no consensus on what is a superfood, and the term is even banned from use in some countries.
I eat fruit, greens, vegis, nuts and seeds on a daily basis. Spinach, kale, blueberries, bananas, raw cashews, almonds, walnuts, and coconut products are a daily staple. I also eat stuff like Goji berries, raw cocao, maca, and spirulina, but usually as a supplement to my morning smoothie. I also pig out on ribs, burgers, and bacon, so it's not all twigs and berries in my life.
Homebrew, no secondary fermentation. All that goodness stays!
