Actually, point about sunscreen is the best advice on this list. Even the weakest sunscreen reduce vitamin D production by 90%. Now guess what? Virtually everyone in USA (and in most European countries) got vitamin D deficiency at least in the winter. Vitamin D deficiency lead to lupus, cancer, sclerosis multiple, diabetes, heart failure, fatal osteoporosis at certain age - to list only the most deadly ones.
Even for the infamous skin cancer there is a rule - more sun, lesser chance of dying. Just opposite to what drug cartels (aka pharma / cosmetic corporations) told you.
How do those four lokos I had last night fit in?

Idiot. The health problems in the winter come from exposure to indoor heating. It produces unnatural air that disturbs our bodies' chemical balance.
I thought this thread was going to be about condom use.

You go with that, and the rest is all gravy.
but its the women with tattoos who are the most fun...
Man, talk about some black pearls of advice...wow...swimming in chlorinated swimming pools is not going to "scar your arteries". That whole thing about giving up prescription drugs you went off about? Yeah, you might want to reconsider getting back on your meds...

troll or american?
studies shows that supplementation of vitamin D in winter can fix problems with... erm... indoor heating.
Sunscreen actually raises your odds of getting melanoma while lowering the chances of other skin cancers. So it's a tradeoff I guess, but not some terrible poison.
Thanks. Anyone who starts their post by calling someone an idiot, then proceeds to display a disgusting superiority complex by stating opinion as fact, needs to be silenced.
Stop Running
Running places high stresses on the body, you will get injured and then get fat.
"I believe that when you microwave anything it becomes energetically toxic to the body."
Please explain what it means for something to be energetically toxic and how microwaving an item causes it to become energetically toxic.

Or take Ed Abbey's advice:
1)Never eat at a place called "Mom's."
2)Never play cards with a man named "Doc."
3)Never get in bed with a woman who has more problems than you.
An electromagnetic chaos eliminator? Damn, man, I want to get me one of those things.
Does that mean health care reform and the bowing socialist disappear?
Go on ... wrote:

Well, this guy stated indirectly that indoor heating actually cause cancer, lupus (and other autoimmune diseases), SM... So, yes, he should be silenced.

Raise chance of getting melanoma AND almost every other cancer, as almost every cancer depend on vitamin D level.
Besides, other skin cancers are usually veeeeery easy to cure, while melanoma is often fatal.
Listening to those who own the media and government
What? You yourself indicate that this deficiency often occurs in the winter. Most people don't use sunscreen in the winter in the northern half of the US because most people in the northern half with 8-5 jobs are stuck inside or commuting when it's daylight. So, I don't see how you are trying to claim that sunscreen is responsible for this?
