ahh yes! right now, i'm in base building so that my tues morning speed work consist only of short hill sprints.
within the next couple of weeks, this is going to change and tues morning will be more intense. then i'll go back lifting on sunday after the long run and again on thursday. this will leave me all of monday to recover.
i've lifted after the long run before and the thought of it is actually worse than the reality. i generally feel less stiff on after lifting.
