Are the heat sheets normally posted on the BU track web site?
Yes. I've heard that some good BAA guys are coming so for fun we could score the 5km like a dual meet.
They are really good guys but we like to pretend that they are the Evil Empire.

My apologies, im bein the fagomaniac right now. I used to be the person waiting for seeds to come out. But in reality I often regret I found running or running found me however you look at it. The truth is I never love athletics. I never truly wanted to or independently chose to commit so many years to running, I just felt I was supposed to. I have sacraficed so much and it has lead to no meaningful end for me. You probably do make more than me. But that doesn't bother me, truth is I'm tired of being defined by a number, whether it be a salary or a time, or test score. My post was just me venting. Don't take it personally I obvioussly don't know you and your name isn't really info as mine isn't really LMFAO.

Flynn just ran 8:38 for 3k to open his season at Liberty, anyone know if that track is banked? Either way, I dont expect much more than 14:50 from him off that effort. He should hope for a muddy track or a flu bug at indoors this year, he might be able to win again that way.

I would assume 5k heats are at 7:30, otherwise at 5:50 it would just say "5k heats" and then at 7:30 "remaining 3k heats"
yo u guys know if any showers or some palce to watch oneself/get grub on at BU's indoor ficilites after the 5K cuz i go hit up the city after and i dont wanna smell bad thANKS
During the Terrier meet I want to say the mens tennis locker room was open and a bunch of people used it to shower off. It might have been an error too by BU and they forgot to lock the door and people just let themselves in so no guarantees.
they have showers in the locker rooms that are normally open and a Shaws acroos the street for prerace sports drinks food etc.
The Shaws doesnt have a shower though. And what if BU locks the locker room doors?
