How cool does Galen Rupp look if he's only beating like 30 guys? Also, most teams have at least one good runner who deserves to be there and will go out to support him so they may as well race themselves while they are out there. I can think of hundreds of reasons in fact, which is precisely what makes this such an obnoxious and retarded question. This is trolling at it's best btw... the caps lock key was well used in the title. It should really piss off the grammar nazis and keep this going for at least a week.

Once again you are an asshat. It is a qualifier meet for some schools and for others it is an opportunity to race. Did it occur to you that the athletes might want to race two weeks after their conference meet? Why would they want to stop their season early if they had the opportunity to race. If they had your attitude they wouldnt go to any meets period.
