M- 1hr kyak in temps around 100deg F.
T- 2h 9m. slow run on steep rugged trails, hot hot,hot!!
W- 1hr kyak, 1hr mountain bike.
T- 45min windtrainer, 25mins of which hard tempo riding.
F- 0.
S- 2hr./22kms run on steep rugged trails and also a lap of the golf course barefoot. Very hot!!!
S- 90min. hilly hike with my wife. 1hr easy run on the flat, 36mins easy spin on the mountain bike.
Prefered running shoes are always racing flats. My feet don't fit trainers. Also find I have to be able to feel the rocks and tree roots otherwise I'll hurt myself. Barefoot when I have access to grass horse tracks or the golf courses. Currently using Nike xc waffle racers, a NB xc racer, a NB ultra light (prototype) road racer (bought 3 pair for $48)and a pair of Asics road racing flats.
I just look for the cheapest racing flats and buy them. As long as they have minimal cushioning and are very flexible with no stability features.
