How do we get Koo Koos and Nuts like Hassan out of the U.S. Army ?

First you must get rid of the commander in chief. Nothing will change until that happens. Part of Obamas plan to overthrow the country he hates so much is to promote jihadists asap to the highest ranks of the military so the coup de tat can commence.

Nobody press ganged Hassan into the military.

If he is that opposed to an ongoing U.S. war or to U.S. foreign policy in general, he should not have volunteered to serve in the military in the first place.

The armed forces are not college. You do not sign up and then pick and choose what electives to take, what wars to fight in or not, etc.

Shoot his peers in the Middle East? I don't think there were too many Italian and German Americans bitching about that during WWII. Why? Because they were real Americans who had willfully given over loyalty to their new home, not pseudo-American traitors with far deeper loyalties to an ideology we're at war with. (That's radical, jihadist Islam - not the run-of-the-mill variety - for all you ACLU watchdogs out there).

Hassan was a jihadist. He had a chip on his shoulder called radical Islam, and left plenty of clues as to where his heart lay. Guys like him should be ferreted out of the military. No question about that.

Hasan's beliefs are very common amongst Muslims in the U.S. and elsewhere. There is nothing extremist or radical about it. The Muslims simply want their lands free and after that will go about their business. In fact I have never met one Muslim from the U.S. nor mideast who likes Israel and supports existence. They don't mind Jews staying in Palestine if they want to live together with the same land rights etc. since they are the same people, genetically and by physical appearences. But Hasan did commit 13 murders and deserves the maximum punishment for his crimes.

The British Empire had colonial citizens who had special rights in the U.K. but not others. Before liberation by China, Hong Kong residents had British passports but could not become U.K. citizens.

To avoid further difficulties, the U.S. should allow for Colonial Citizenships for people who object to the policies of the government. Person's like Hasan could serve i n the Army, then decide not to participate in murders of their ancestral homelands. The people at Ft Hood etc. can be spared further murders by dissatisfied soldiers. Of course, Congress, the President, Governors would have to Amend the U.S. Constitution to allow for two classes of people in the U.S.

I think this is best since we as Americans cannot expect our fellow citizens and soldiers to be happy and comfortable about their relatives back home being kept in concentration camps, gulags, death camps, where they are hacked to death, assasinated by drones and helicopter gunships, etc. for no apparent reason except that they oppose foreign occupation.

Yet the U.S. desperately needs Muslim Americans and Muslim immigrants to do research at universities, do important technical jobs as doctors, physicists, engineers, biologists, chemists, etc. For instance, Muslims provide the bulk of the technical work for in Silicon Valley. Muslims fill 1/2 of the engineering work force in the U.S. We would not have many hi tech industries, miracle drugs, etc. with Muslims.

So that's all I can think of on how to balance the two and and make them coexist with each other.
