How about a Texas top ten? Those guys always seem to surprise us.

Tyler lost everyone.
Chass Armstrong and Bryant Wright are all you have to worry about, but like the scac guy said that all depends on if those two can stay healthy.

Well although tracks are not cross country courses, Trinity did just have their 3rd guy (a 1:51 800 runner) run 25:55 for an 8k time trial on the track after their meet was rained out. Their whole top 7 was also under 27 minutes. Not sure what it means for XC at regionals, but at least you can be sure the distance was accurate.

An xc meet rained out?
Eagle Fan why do you do this every year to Bridgewater??? LC and Va Wes are the teams to beat in the ODAC and Emory will walk all over the Region in team title. And lets face it Ricky is one of the top 3 best runners in D3. The ODAC and South Region has no one at his level. Ricky could be in the top 7 of most D1 programs.
Man, you guys get carried away. I understand that Ricky is going to win. No one disputes that. I also understand that Emory is going to win and that Lynchburg is the favorite for the other national qualifying spot. All I'm saying is that Bridgewater will do better than people expect. I'm not saying they're going to win or that White is going to win. I do think White has a great chance to be one of the individual national qualifiers though. No one in the ODAC has beaten him. Flynn hasn't raced him, but will beat him when they do. Second is up for grabs between him and Van Alstine. Why is it so hard to believe he has the ability to get one of the individual national qualifying spots? I mean, if Emory and LC go 1-2 in the team standings, all their guys get thrown out of the mix individually. I just think of the guys left in the field, White is among the top five individuals. I don't see how that is such a huge stretch. I know I ended up being wrong last year, but I also didn't come on here and make excuses after the fact, the way some people are trying to make excuses for guys White has already beaten. I'm up for discussion. If Emory and LC go 1-2 (which is what they are currently ranked), then who are other people's picks for the 5 individual spots?
Flynn graduated, going for MBA now:
Why is it such a given that flynn will win the region? Don't think he's ever won before.
Ricky Flynn is a D3 God, however it's definitely not a given. Stranger things have happened.
I think that Meade and Fyffe both have the best shots at at an upset Meade was 18th at XC nats and looks ridiculous this year. Fyffe is looking very fast as well too. Those two guys are legit.
Dark horse pick: I know the 1500 is way different than the 8,000 on grass, but my dark horse prediction has to be Chass Armstrong. With a 3:52 1500, he better speed than any of the Long Distance guys in the region. Also he ran 31:14 on the grass last year at Chili Pepper before he fell apart with his anemia and sickness.
ummm what? Ricky Flynn is not a top 3 guy in the country. He wouldn't be top 3 in a few regions. He's very good yes and likely an All-American but lets not get crazy.
He did do pretty well at outdoor, but you do make a good point, he's always done a little better on the track than in XC. We'll see though, he definitely should be up in the top 10.
top 10 really? I guess I could see that actually. I think there were 7 DIII guys faster than him at Paul Short alone though, but they were in the first race and all that. It just seems to me that between the Atlantic Region the New England Region and the Midwest Region doing what they do at nats it'd be tough for him to get top 10. Anyway Ricky is a great guy and I hope he proves me wrong.
Eh, you could very well be right. It's not like I'm a huge fan or anything, I'm mainly basing this on having watched him run at outdoor nats last year. I mean a guy who was 2nd in the 10k to Willy Kaul ought to be at least in the top 10 for 8k XC. But that's why they run the race, and it wouldn't exactly shock me if he ended up 20th or something.
Perez slays mad biddies
White wins again this weekend.....remains undefeated! Can't wait for ODAC's. I predict Flynn wins and White and Van Alstine duke it out for 2nd. All three have good chances to go to Nationals, even if LC doesn't make it as a team, which they should.

Jordan White will not be top 3 in the odac, he will not be qualifying for nats. Nice try though.
I will be more impressed with Jordan White if he wins the Gettysburg Invitational this weekend.
Ricky is NOT a great guy. Great runner yes, great guy no.
the high school boys in the state of New Jersey would beat the entire S/SE region. This is just a waste of bandwidth.
