Time2 = Time1 *(Distance2/Distance1)^1.06
5835.665 = 9.69 * (26.2/ 1/16) ^ 1.06
5835.665 = 97.26 Minutes
97.26 Minutes = 1:37:16.2
So he can run the marathon is 1:37:16.2

How am I a dolt? At least I know that you don't have to use an apostrophe to pluralize something. I would think most dolt's with small brain's would have trouble with concept's like that.
