Rupp said in his Flotrack interview following NCAAs that he peaked for the meet. He was gonna take a week off from training, then get back into it, wasn't planning to race again for at least a month.

At least Salazar isn't over-racing his high potential. Rupp can run auto's everywhere, so why trying a race just one week after a three-race nationals weekend?

It will be fun to see what Sara can do in the steeple. Does anyone know if Mel Lawrence plans to continue with the steeple? She's the high school national record holder(and possibly the jr. national record holder too?) and I was hoping to see what she can do at the college level. I know she was injured her frosh year but obviously she is back. I hope she sticks with it. I believe MEL has the goods to be the next Jenny!

Keskisalo was European steeple champ in 2006. His PR in the steeple is around 8:16. Jokinen has already run 29:50 on the track.
