what distances are you running/competing.
EnduroxR4, or something similar with quality protein and a high GI so its get into your system fast is very beneficial for long runs and workouts.
the obvious answer is a balanced diet.
flaxseed oil or fish oil is good, just get quality and make sure its cold pressed.

How has nobody said anything about iron? Not enough in a good multi-vitamin, and you'll find it will help you recover better and ultimately deliver oxygen to your muscles better.

Not sure why anyone has mentioned Magnesium yet. Especially when my diet is bad and I run a lot I could get cramps, Magnesium usually prevents that.
