A couple of assholes, a few posts back. I'm not calling Heps pathetic, but Ivy schools aren’t in the same ballpark as the Big East programs. Sorry for the little guys.

So, are you saying that Cornell and Princeton have better programs that ND?
Obviously, just look at the conference results.

Really, does it matter? After all is said and done the graduates of the Ivy League will be running the world and the graduates of the Big East will be working for them. Of course, this isn't how it always turns out but it does happen more often than not. So, enjoy your "glory" days, if they even exist, in the Big East...
So you are saying athletic accomplishment means nothing as long as you are making money in another field later on?
Way to completely discredit and insult the sport you are competing in. Great point.
Also I hate sinking to your level, but Georgetown is a much better school than over half of the Ivies.
ok

hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
There are eight schools in the Ivy League, so "over half" means five or more.
When you get a chance, please list the five (or more) members of the Ivy League that are schools "much" inferior to Georgetown. Take your time.

No, a poster suggested that any BE team would win Heps while training through. In fact even the best BE team this year would be 3rd based on the championship performances, mid-pack BE teams such as Georgetown would be down with Penn and Brown in about 6th place, Villanova somewhere between Brown and Harvard!
Hey big east fans, let's start comparing you to real major conferences like the Big 12 or Pac 10. You don't want to go there. Enjoy your pathetic little lives.
The past couple posts must have been by some Ivy kids with inferiority complexes because they sound retarded.
Adding some credibility to this discussion. Top BE teams and top Ivy teams are ranked similarly as of 5/7/08:

Can you explain that form? I have no idea what it was.

But that's not really a team ranking, for most teams it's just a measure of how highly ranked your best couple of athletes are, the rest of the team doesn't matter!
It might be a reasonable predictor for which of the top 10 will win the NCAAs.
Who did Brown hire as their new assistant coach?
