i can't wait till everyone criticizes leo for not making the team without realizing how long he's been racing.
maybe they'll even grip about texas and they'll get a bad rap for using leo so much.

I think Lukezic has been laying low, but he has a very good shot at making the team. As a pro, it's got to be his only goal; we cannot say the same for Manzano, who I think will lose a step or two by the trials.
CL ran a 1:48 split on the USA DMR team at Penn, which doesn't really tell us anything other than he isn't injured. In the pictures he was looking pretty darn thin; I bet he'll be in excellent shape for the trials.
I think Webb's in trouble too. When he's not right it takes him a long time to recover and right now he's not right. I don't know why these guys change things up in an Olympic year...oh I have to peak later so I am going to start training later, start speed later and not race until later. Then all of the sudden the trials are here and they aren't sharp or ready.
