Talk all the sh*t you want gold, the numbers speak for themselves.
Ian Campbell 12 Blooming Prairie 4:23.76
I'm not saying he'll score, I'm just saying you can't rule it out.

or scoring with chicks for that matter
What did he do in cross country?
Ian Campbell is actually Jeff Metzdorff's alias so he can come back for a 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th year of running.
noone cares. hamdogs have too much time on their hands.
The semester is over. Everyone has too much Time on their hands, Stupidhead. duH.
holy sh!t this guy is all over the place.
from the auburn tigers' website (http://www.trackemtigers.com/tag/Auburn%20Tigers):
Defensive Line
Defensive coordinator Tim Tibesar has switched the Wildcat defense to a 3-4 look this year. The biggest change will be Ian Campbell, who had 11.5 sacks and 17 tackles for loss at defensive end last year, moving to linebacker most of the time.
also, Ian Campbell was the ncaa champion in the triple jump in 1977-1978 with a longest jump of 16.97 m. i'm not sure how that stacks up against the rest of the miac. (http://www.trackshark.com/infohub/track_champions_mi.php)
maybe i was wrong. i'll say that he gets third in the tj and first in sacks at outdoor miacs.
If Ian Campbell isn't that fast, anyone want to admit they are so much faster then him? Pretty sure 98% (2% margin of error) of this thread is crappy JV runners with the ego of a d1 runner. Let the kid on the track before we all start criticizing. It will definitely be an interesting season. A lot of talent on the track for MIAC.

I'll admit it...
I am faster than him.
"the Gleason of Old"? Why don't you have that gold-embossed. Sounds creepy and obsessive - no, just plain weird.
I think someone who's really a Hamdog would know what's up with Gleason. Makes you wonder...

What is everyone thinking for this year? Can Gleason rebound after putting in some training and return to the Gleason of Old? Anyone going to make a huge jump like Erichsen did last year? What about freshman Matt Yak? should be as good as it has been in a while...
word around town is ian campbell is storming the midway and cleaning up crime there as well, with a bottle a hooch in one hand and everyone's mom in the other...
oh yeah and to add to his list of accomplishments, Chuck Norris is his number one fan
His first name says it all: Ian. A guy with the name Ian has a lot of upside potential. A lot.
someone must find out the recruits....

anyone heard anything about recruiting classes in the conference...
the miac is gay, and I'm from the miac.
Mile Prediction:
1. Ian Campbell
2. Chris Erichsen
3. George Washington
3. Kyle Brandon
4. Ryan Martinez
5. Grizzly Adams
Just so everyone knows, Ian Campbell ran 4:06 in the mile at the burning spear, but stopped 5 meters before the finish line just so he could finish with the rest of the team and be under the radar this year.
The person who should be scared is Erichsen and the rest of the miac...dudes rugged
in all seriousness, grizzly adams will probably move up in distance this year...
Watch for St. Olaf to have a great season.
What does everyone think about the 600? will be a shorter distance guy like Theisen and Otto, or more of a little longer guy like Sames and Johnson? Or ever more, will it be the Bret Farve of the MIAC, Brendan Sherman taking the title?
Well Johnson would hardly count as a longer distance guy, he's a 400-800 guy. Hard to pick against Theisen, although Otto will give him a run for his money. Theisen, Otto, Ballinger, Smith, and Johnson are the top 5 for my money, but there are others who could crack that, like Sames and Gesell.
