Sell got beat by Lehmkuhle in Houston and I don't think that he has raced since. I predict Lehmkule to win. Boston turned out to be just a long run and a couple mile walk. There is 4 weeks between races.
28:03 from Shay puts him in at second for me.
Sell will finish third. Followed by Baker and Leslie.
On the womens side McGregor will win by 5 minutes. There is not another runner in the field that is any good.

Sell has "raced" in 10000 at Hillsdale.
Lemk (sp) ran just under 5 min pace at the Drake 8k last weekend. Can he run that for another 17K. I doubt it. He is racing too much and will be fried by the trials. In 04 he was top 10 lets hope he is top 50 this time.
I wouldn't count Cabada out just yet. About 3 weeks ago he ran a half marathon and got 4th to some decent guys. The pace was sub 5:30 the first mile, so it closed pretty fast. I'd say he is in decent shape. The guy who got 3rd in this race Nicodemus Malakwen is the same Kenyan who beat Brian Sell at the 2006 USA 1/2 marathon Championships running 1:02:07 I believe.

she's home-schooled, right? i believe she only participates in open track meets during the season, like NON, etc. she's been doing this since she was in middle school, if i'm not mistaken. people have been saying how she'll burn out for ~ 4 or 5 years now.
does anybody know fernandos running times every year and his progression for last 5-6 years or since HS. I'm not trying to bash him but just curious of his progession toward the american record in 25k and 2:12 marathon debut.
i want to know his best times in mile, 3k or 3200 or 2mile, 5k, 10k, half-marathon for each year

He was a rabbit. He has NOT raced.
Katie is in great shape as shown by her 10k at the Payton Jordan Invite. However, I think Alicia Craig will be well within 5min of her and has the potential to pull off an upset. She has been training very well under Jack Daniels in Flagstaff and has had some of her best workouts ever. She is 100% healthy and fit. I'm calling a very solid comeback performance on her part.

Sophmore year- 16:09, 4:22, 9:26
Junior year- 15:33, 4:18, 8:59
Senior year- 14:50, 4:17, 9:09 (sucked)

Toss up. Could be an exciting race!! Fernando will put it on the line more than these other guys though. I just don't know if he is in the shape to win....If I was a betting man, I'd go with Cabada.
