a couple of questions; J Rotten I know you do 100 plus mile weeks. How many miles do you plan on doing in the Kilkennys and I am heavier framed 190 lbs and bought some Type A Sauconys last week and really like them but read many thoughts about not training in too light a shoe. Am I going to get injured if I only do 45 miles per week. Also how does the Kilkenny compare to the type A. One more thing, I'm old and have been training in Grid 7's.
