law school is good, if you either are going to be a phenominal lawyer or need the experience in your future profession. Professions that generally require law backgrounds:
Executives at a large corporation
Politics
Some Entrepreneurs
New Businesses
thats quite a large field. Lets say you wanted to start a biotech,nanotech firm and you thought you had a really good idea. Having a background in Engineering, Law, and Business would all be helpful. Patent law would be even more helpful in this area and Entreprenurial endeavors. generally though unless you go to Stanford, Harvard, Yale, Ivy League, U of Chic, or want to do one of the named fields above, law is probably not for you, unless you just want to be a DA or something, nothing wrong with that.
So basically, you either better be able to kick ass, or find a sliver you really want and go after that.
