actually money is not the main motivation. Winning races is my goal. I would gladly swap 2nd for first and give up the money to get the victory and a fast time.
cheers

Hey Dipshit, Wade doesn't make excuses. Read his comment regarding Mbarek beating him at Falmouth. 210 is 210 doesn't matter when it was run. Physical Ability and training allows one to run 210. If you've run 210 when your 30 something, you'll still have the tools to run 30 minutes when your forty. Who cares if his in it for the money! Get it while the getting is good. Put your flats on an beat him or Paul if you have an issue. Who does not like a payday!
Who cares if Wade once ran a 2:10? That was a in 88 and Crim is 10 miles. I once beat Croghan in a road race and 2x in CC. It still means nothing.
Aufdemberge showed up on race day and ran well. He was also a 4:00 miler was multiple national champ in college and has turned some fast 5 and 10K's but who cares? Hell, I saw him race Robirds into the boards at KC back in the 80's in the 3 mile and break the national record at the time but Robirds was still probably the better overall runner.
PA typically races tough, he ran tougher than Wade, end of story and no asterisk*
PA is a stud and a great guy, he deserves everything he gets. Just because he has not run 210 doesn't mean he's less of a runner than Sean Wade is.
Exactly. Kudos to both for still going at it!
I was disappointed neither Paul or Sean broke Jackson Kipngo'k's Crim masters record of 47:26. Geesh, Paul was a kilometer behind that time.
