-----------------------------------------------------------"So, I guess you're pretty much done as a track spectator?"
"Really, I'm not trying to be critical of "yeah", I just don't see why someone who thinks like this is even on a running board anymore. If I thought that way, I'd find another sport to follow."

"uh yeah's" comments are pretty spot on. As he actually stated, he doesn't necessarily think that Rhines is dirty. If some people assume person A is dirty, why can't some other people assume that persons B, C, and D COULD be dirty?
And while I assume that a great deal of professional track athletes are on drugs, I certainly don't restrict my views to track & field. ALL of the professional sports are INFESTED with drug use, and it's depressing and disgusting. But on one level, I can still enjoy watching pro runners racing and setting records. Yes, I realize there's a good chance they were dirty. But on the other hand, it's still competition.
My question for you is - do you watch the NFL, MLB, NHL, or NBA? Do you watch horse racing? Do you watch cycling? If you do, and you don't think a large percentage of these athletes are on drugs, then you're deluded. If you don't, then you're a hypocrite.
