Take, for example, the OJ Simpson trial three decades ago - that jury was mostly white, and they voted to acquit despite overwhelming physical evidence proving he killed Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman.
How could you not know that the Simpson jury was mostly black with only one white person? With a mostly white jury, he would never been acquitted. With a mostly white jury in his civil suit, he lost 12-0.

This guy stabbed a track athlete in the chest at a morning track meet and you somehow think discussing the case is a right wing circle jerk. You are the problem, it's you.
The fix is in. This case is too racially charged. He is going to prison.
It isn't 1965 anymore, but I appreciate the sentiment as if it were. The jury should be comprised of responsible citizens who are capable of looking at the evidence and coming to the correct verdict. The color of their skin need not enter the equation. And, for what it's worth, Anthony's attorneys had a say in jury selection.

Texas is a crazy place. Go google crazy Texas self defense cases and see what pops up. People running folks down in cars, shootings, lots of dumb stuff
Texas loves self defense or an excuse to use violence. Their politicians have created a lot of weapon friendly laws and flaunt lots of gun pics. Texas still wants to be the old west
I am sure the defense here has dozens of cases to cite where no jail time was given in way more absurd situations.

The case isn’t a right-wing circle jerk, Einstein. This thread is. It’s about three pages away from a full-on white grievance meltdown.

What compelled the choice to lay hands on Karmelo and push him? Was that out of their control, as if their body was imbued with the spirit of Jefferson Davis and thus they are not responsible for the instigation?
Just because, you know, you seem to be very concerned with individual choices and how they may have exacerbated the situation. You seem like a reasonable and thoughtful person, after all. I’m sure it was an honest oversight.
