Despite a couple days completely off, which I was initially reluctant to accept, this week allowed for more ambitious attempts of longer singles to see where my current limits are, although I wanted to incorporate doubles into my schedule it seems my body/mind is more comfortable cruising on long singles so I'll see how far that takes me...
