Jakob is so annoying and immature. He doesn't stop yapping his mouth, think he's so great, yet can NEVER win when it matters. Kerr may talk, but at least he stands by what he says. Jakob has yet to prove anything when he talks.

Jakob has not called Kerr a f*cking moron. -He called him an idiot…
This is what Kerr has said about Jakob: “insecure”. “I don’t like him”. “He has a big ego this one”. -“Knows nothing about his own big vulnerabilities”. “Surrounded by yes men”….
Everything started with 2-3 sayings from Jakob: 1. He dreamed of becoming the range Goat. 2. He called Kerr “The next guy” when asked about a rivalry -meaning everybody and none are his rivals. -He has to be the best version of himself instead of focusing on his rivals. Pretty clear that Kerr knew this wasn’t a condescending thing directed towards him. 3. We know Kerr didn’t like that Jakob was so openly about being sick.
Conclusion: Jakob didn’t initially say a single thing about Kerr’s personality, style or psyche. -He could easily have done so. -The only thing I have seen is a return back of the insecurity thing. But else: Only running / racing related things…
I think Jakob thinks it’s idiotic to start an argument about a competitors personality and likability. And I think it’s therefore Jakob now calls Kerr an idiot…
Alright, great, so let’s do this again. Jakob has the overall winning record against Kerr. Jakob has more WC Golds than Kerr. Jakob has more Olympic medals than Kerr. Jakob has more world records than Kerr. Jakob has more European championships than Kerr. Jakob has better personal bests in literally every event by a pretty decent margin. Jakob is younger than Kerr. Jakob competes more than Kerr. Jakob wins more than Kerr. Go home bro.

One (key) part was in my opinion saying that it was disrespectful to Hocker, Nuguse etc to talk about a rivalry between those two, meaning that it was a rivalry between everyone.
Come on, if that's what he really said, that's a completely new twist on his philosophy because in the past it was "I'm the pacer for everyone else" and anyone who beats me is just the "next guy" catching me on a bad day.

However, he absolutely says some arrogant/disrespectful/ not very classy comments sometimes, and his hubris, in believing he could just simply run away from everyone easily in the olympics, put him off the podium, and he definitely got his comeuppance. There was some justice in that. I hope moving forward he learns his lesson and runs smarter and with more respect, and gets the gold in the 1500 WC next year. [ Though I was extremely happy to see Hocker pull off the golden upset this year and the Goose almost pull it off, but still medal]

I do like that he talks up a big game but has no problems showing humility if there isn't a legitimate excuse (like illness).

Jingy is a great runner. He should let his results speak for him. He seems to have a real insecurity problem. He feels the need to put everyone else down as if that elevates him. In his head he is unbeatable, undefeated. Reality says different.
