Some comments:
Stone: Well-earned recovery week. I look forward to seeing the build to Chicago.
GNR1: Impressive time on the roads. How far back from the winner were you?
Allen: Very impressive long run. How did the knees feel coming out of it?
HHW: Quite a workout on Monday. Hope you are feeling better off the sickness.
Darkwave: Probably a decent decision to skip the race next weekend and focus on the training.
Notarobot: Sounds like a good competitive race. Always a bummer when you have to asterisk a strong time due to course inaccuracies. You should definitely be able to log a legit sub-17 this year though.
CarlyRae: Good decision to just take an easy week given you were feeling beat up. I don’t envy the winter weather as we seem to finally be moving past it in Appalachia (knock on wood).
Sub-6: Nice recovery week. What’s next on the calendar?
K Dot: Nice week building the mileage. Any tune-up races or plans for a marathon debut later this year?
AverageForFun: The hay is in the barn at this point. You’ve put in a great buildup, just freshen up and be ready to rock at Boston.
Beers: Same as above, you have had a great build, best of luck at Boston!
OR: Those are some impressive paces coming off the marathon. How many days per week are you planning to build to?
Thoughtsleader: Good luck recovering from the cold, good thing is you should have time to recover before Boston.
RunnerSam: Sorry to hear that both you and the wife have had injury issues lately. Good luck to you both getting back into the swing of things.
Slow Miles, Slower Bests: Good luck getting after the 1500 PR this week.
