The big project I have been on with work will be wrapped up on Wednesday, so will be back to more normal hours and have more time for training. Got in 3 workouts this week, no huge efforts but was nice to get some quality in.
M: 6 total, with 4 mile tempo at 6:14 pace. Cold morning. T: 6 EZ W: 6 EZ Th: 6 total, with 6 x 2 minutes on, 3 minutes off. Averaged 5:53 pace for the on sections. Not an impressive workout, but was quite tired. Effort level was good so I will take it. F: 6 EZ Sa: 6 EZ Su: 12 total, middle 10 was 5 x mile on, mile off. Averaged 6:11 pace for the on sections. Spitting snow out so conditions were gross. First double-digit mile day since 1/16.
