Some were a little long. Damn night mode on coros is too dim. Happy with this one. Wish there wasn’t some minor slick parts on the track but 375 out of 400 clear ain’t bad.
Saturday:
Treadmill workouts are rough. Not too much with the paces, it was just a little hot at certain points and abruptly slowing down after the mile repeats definitely did not feel great.
Have a mile race this weekend and then off to California to see family and race a 3K at Pomona Pitzer. Pretty happy with this week overall. Hoping to just keep rockin',
