i really like the way this board is set up and the potential for randomness. If we had topic areas, that random feeling would really get lost and i think alot of the excitement of coming on and not knowing what to expect would be gone. I dont think it would be fun to have all of the non running stuff in one place.
a better search tool would be great though.

A beer sounds great to me but then you would have someone complain about the topics discussed and suggest we go to different tables for different topics.
Well, it sounds like I'm not alone in this feeling, but it also sounds like the majority don't like the idea. I'm kind of surprised that the idea is as unpopular as it is, but I'm man enough to accept it. whatever. Of course, this doesn't mean you have to stop making fun of me for how bad of an idea it was, or stop encouraging the idea. Discuss on as you wish.

Perhaps you meant well but understand it's a rough crowd here as you know and criticism of even good intentions is the norm. I made a spelling error one day months ago and am still hearing about it. I actually think it's amusing that I'm despised so much by some because my views don't agree with theirs that they continue to bring it up. Some of it though is actually pretty funny.
We all take our lumps here from time to time. I can take it and I can also dish it out.
It actually wasn't a bad suggestion. I for one just happen to like it as it is. I just couldn't help having a little dry humored fun with it.

Here's a theory, people who need to annonymously make vicious attacks on others for no reason have small penis syndrome, and are desperately looking for a safe way to feel better about themselves. I enjoy the set/make up of the message board as it is.A little trash talk and rumor spreading is good for the soul and besides it's a lot more entertaining then most message boards out there regarding running.
