so they're bragging that of the £5000 raised for charity 40% of it actually went to helping people.

Are you sure that is possible? I am not a lawyer.
But I know that some people are looking into the charity "The 53 foundation" right now.

Obviously lots of things have been going on over last few days with Amy and her Guinness world record. We all know that's a joke!
But what is not a joke and can never be taken away from Amy Hughes is that she raised over £5000 during that challenge and today we donated over £2000 of that. We have helped a young lady pay the rest of her track chair off to enable her to get racing.
And we have also helped fund a tennis wheelchair for a guy in the GB development squad.
So all the support you have given Amy and our charity means so much to us all and we are glad to finish the week with good news.
However we will continue to fight for Amy's record. Look out for her live on sky news tomorrow at about 08:00. And keep sharing and signing the petition. #justiceforamy
