      • Of course that I know that he is Kenyan, but police officer is police officer with difference that Kenyan police officer for sure is 10 times more CORRUPT that US one, but US one is more like dirty harry in shooting usually afro-americans.
        Obviously you never visited 3rd world country and deal with any kind of officials. In Kenya 100$ bill can and WILL resolve any problem you encounter. I have a friend who left his wife in Europe and went to live down there... so I know a few things and prices for resolving problems.
