Is he going to break down like Leavins has?
I've been following Justyn since high school. Never have I seen a guy with more potential.
Gabriele Rosa and his EPO herd?
only if he goes to train with you know who
Low mileage because he was late to join the sport and b/c he doesn't need more to be successful.
Low mileage because he is fragile, or low mileage because he doesn't need to run more to be successful (like Lagat)?
Lawi Lalang had way more in the toolbox, and he hasn't sniffed a medal (regardless of having to go through Kenyan qualifying just to get there). Chelenga is another example, if you want someone with an easier path to the Olympics.

I agree...This kid may medal at the Olympics one day....Faster than Rupp at low end and similar low mileage in college
A few Canadians made it big time . Levins probably burned out with too many miles, Mo Ahmed is good, Nate Brannen was good, Kevin Sullivan was ok,. Knight could be the next big thing, why not. Will he go train under Salazar in a couple years?

This kid is going to be good. He has plenty of speed, is still a relatively low mileage guy and is tough as nails
Gnarly kick and tons of endurance for hard, fast, long racing.

What kind of tools did Lalang have?
