Your previous post on this thread shows you actually do care about the physical act.
If the physical act didn't bother you, you wouldn't be troubled by this thread or the coming out story.
Aside from this, this post is full of fallacies. For one, because who share your dislike for gays, kids are getting bullied, at times to the point of suicide, because of kids being taught by ignorant people like you. This is the reason people come out in the media. To show others that they are not alone, to give them courage and strength to be who they are. If there were 100% tolerance and equality, there would be no coming out stories or Pride Parades. These gestures have a meaning. They are meant to show solidarity, both by gays and friends of gays. Only in 2003 did the final 14 states lose their sodomy laws due to the Supreme Court. Gays protest for a reason. Until we have equality, we will continue to protest. If you were denied basic rights, you would protest too.
In what world are people given preferential hiring by the government or preferential admission into college? You are really really mentally out there to think this happens. Do you think the government or colleges ask about sexual orientation on their applications? Get real.
Marriage has different meanings within different cultures. The man woman marriage rule was not given by divine power. It was given by homophobic people like yourself, and continues in many states to be upheld by homophobic people like yourself. Why do you care if gay people can marry? Does it lessen the significance of your marriage? It shouldn't. There are 1/2 the number of divorces as marriages in the US in any given year. This should lessen the significance of your marriage.
What it comes down to is that you don't like gays. It would at least be helpful if you just admit it, and understand your dislike of gays leads to all the problems you have in the post you listed above.
This country was founded on religious tolerance. This includes tolerance to those who are not religious. Without religion, there is nothing to say that homosexuality is wrong or a "perversion". Not everyone believes in the bible or God. The government should not have laws that affect the public that are based on religious values. This is why the courts will eventually take away state rights to deny marriage. Luckily, all the protesting lobbying, and plain common sense are prevailing, and ignorant, intolerant people like you are quickly becoming the minority.

I could care less about the physical act. What I'm opposed to is the idea that people who engage in this particular act are courageous heroes for publicly disclong this fact. Where did we get the idea that sounding off about your personal perversion entitloes you to respect & admiration??
I'm also opposed to the idea that people who prefer gay sex are somehow entitled to special consideration, i.e. preferential hiring by govt or admission to college over more qualified straight applicants.
I'm opposed to the idea that you can do whatever you like, then stick it in everyone's face - instead of leaving it in your bedroom - and demand society's endorsement that your behavious is 'normal'.
I'm opposed to gays demanding to be treated as married couples, when they violate the main part of the definition of marriage.
As far as asking if it's OK if my wife has sex with me, I think that's a revealing question. It reveals the utter lack of intellectual depth & reason of the questioner. It sounds like logic a 2nd grader might use and is frankly a little embarassing to read..
I'm opposed to gays playing the victim card & screaming 'discrimination' every time something doesn't go their way.
I'm opposed to gays demanding the military adapt to their lifestyle, compromising unit integrity and warfighting ability in the process.
I'm not in favor of condemning anyone for their behavior - but neither am I in favor of this forced PC applause we're all supposed to engage in when some homo 'comes out', like it's some sort of grown up merit badge..
