In 2014 Knight came into NCAAs with big goals, but had a terrible day finishing 143rd. He made up for it with top-25 at World Junior XC Champs and a great track season, but wants better at NCAAs in 2015.
It came partly off after the first lap and then all the way off the last 500m, but he was still able to kick to the win in 3:47.85, winning by .06 seconds.
Natoya Goule won the 800 in 2:01.32, Colleen Quigley won the 1500 in 4:14.06. Justyn Knight took the men's 1500 in 3:47.85.

Teammate Martin Hehir also broke 4 in the race.
