Some highlights include Will Leer winning the main 1500 in 3:34.26, Emma Coburn 4:05.29 in the 1500, Kenya's Olympic bronze medalist Timothy Kitum won the 800 in 1:43.65 as Elijah Greer was 4th in 1:44.91, Nicole Bush set a 10-second PR to win the steeple in 9:24. In the 5000 Augustine Choge won in 13:06 as Lawi Lalang was 3rd (13:11) and Chris Derrick was 5th (13:14). Asafa Powell made his return to race with 10.15 for 2nd in the 100 behind US's Marvin Bracy (10.13).

Samson Gebreyohannes Gezaha won the overall race in 1:14:08 as US 10-Mile champ Landry ran 1:14:18 to tie Mo Trafeh's AR and take 2nd overall. Shadrack Biwott was 3rd overall (2nd American) in 1:14:31. Chris Solinsky was 3rd American and 5th overall (1:16:44). Northern Arizona Elite's Johnson won in 1:25:26 over Dot McMahan and Mattie Suver.
