It was a big night for the BTC as they won both races and had 4 athletes in each race pick up the 10,000 standard. Elise Cranny (30:47.42) upset Karissa Schweizer (30:47.99) to win the women's race while Marc Scott moved to #2 on the all-time British list in winning the men's race in 27:10.41 as Grant Fisher (27:11.29), Woody Kincaid (27:12.78), Ben True (27:14.95) and Kieran Tuntivate (27:17.14) all ran fast.

Cranny and Frerichs moved to 7th and 8th on the US all-time list while Sean McGorty ran a 13:11.22 world lead to beat out Grant Fisher and Evan Jager. Shelby Houlihan also ran a world lead in the 1500m with 4:02.37.

Behind Houlihan, Karissa Schweizer ran a quick 4:24.32 for second while Sean McGorty came in behind Jager with 3:57.19. Besides Jager and Houlihan, the rest of BTC cleaned house as well with Colleen Quigley winning the 3000m in 8:44.83 and Marc Scott taking the men's race in 7:49.65.
