No world records fell today in Ostrava but there was plenty of great action as a ton of BIG names picking up wins as the likes of Laura Muir, Faith Kipyegon, Jakob Ingebrigtsen, Ryan Crouser, Karsten Warholm, Christian Taylor and Sifan Hassan all vanquished the competition.

It's relays week - normally one of the greatest weekends of the year for college track fans - but this year's calendar has us a little depressed as the big guns aren't competing with each other. Instead of everyone going to Penn or Drake, some are now going to Arkansas, others to LSU and others aren't going anywhere. Still, there are a few amazing races that we are really excited about but most of them are individual races ironically.

More interesting than that though is that Olympic champ Ryan Crouser will go against high jumper Ricky Robertson in a dunk competition during halftime of a Drake basketball game.

Some of the events at the 2017 Pre Classic are without a doubt better than the 2017 Rio Olympic finals. We're so excited we even preview the men's pole vault and women's 200 but we also will see a loaded women's 1500 with Faith Kipyegon, Laura Muir and Jenny Simpson and possibly the youngest sub-4 mile in history.

Crouser threw the shot 4 feet further than he did a year ago thanks to being able to focus on it being done with his masters in finance.
