Heath: “It’s been a surprise for me every year, actually! I don’t think you can ever expect to beat Mo Farah. The guy has an amazing record whether it’s cross country or the track and he’s nearly impossible to beat. Cross country makes the variables a bit more uneven and it’s also early season. It’s what makes cross country exciting – you never know what’s going to happen.”
Heath has had huge upset wins over Kenenisa Bekele and Asbel Kiprop the last two years, but now will step up from the 4K distance to the 8K.
