McNeill, a vegetarian, eats healthy, but doesn't obsess over calories or which foods are giving him which nutrients. He likes the social aspect of food and wants his to have a "story".
McNeill explains how he used to be "a slave to the mileage and pace" on his GPS watch, but now he feels even if hills slow you down on the daily run, they can give you a "good bang-for-your buck benefit".
