It was a good day for the women's favorites and stars at the 2022 Prefontaine Classic as the big names DELIVERED.

Berihu Aregawi won the 5k by 16+ seconds while Norman broke the Diamond League record in the 400 (43.60) and high schooler Colin Sahlman ran 3:56.24.

No amount of money or technology makes breaking a world record easy and Friday night proved it at Pre as Francine Niyonsaba, Letesenbet Gidey and Joshua Cheptegei all came up short.
