Josh Hoey kept rolling, edging Grant Fisher to win the 1500 in 3:33.66 to Fisher's 3:33.99 as 2022 US indoor champ Heather MacLean (4:23.32) got a big win in the women's mile. Plus a Will Sumner update.

In a one-on-one interview ith LRC, Valby said she adapted smoothly to altitude training in Flagstaff and is loving training with Mark Coogan and New Balance Boston. "People said [the altitude] would hit me, but it never really hit me."
