LRC 2019 Birmingham DL Recap: Ajee' Wilson, Beatrice Chepkoech, & KoKo Keep Rolling; Craig Engels Runs 3:35

Wilson and Chepkoech got wins in the 800 and steeple as expected, while KoKo held off Gabriela DeBues-Stafford in the mile. Engels was 3rd in the 1500 behind Ronald Musagala and Stewart McSweyn.

Engels has never run a DL race in Europe, and though this isn't a DL points race, there are three guys who have run 3:31 or fast this year. Plus Ajee' Wilson, Kate Grace, and Melissa Bishop in the women's 800 but the highlight of the meet may be a loaded women's 200.
