Whoever came up with the idiotic schedule in Doha should be reassigned. The 200/400 double isn't doable, nor is the 1500/5000 for women.

“I started taking my long runs seriously,” the Jamaican tells me. “I used to train hard on the track but on long runs I didn’t monitor it with my watch, I just went out and ran.
Engels has never run a DL race in Europe, and though this isn't a DL points race, there are three guys who have run 3:31 or fast this year. Plus Ajee' Wilson, Kate Grace, and Melissa Bishop in the women's 800 but the highlight of the meet may be a loaded women's 200.
