Good News For US Athletes

USATF Will Accept Marks From USATF Sanctioned Events During The April 6 – November 30 Window Athletes will now be able to use marks from this season to qualify for the 2021 USATF Indoor Champs and 2021 Olympic Trials. USATF had previously said no marks before December 1, 2020 would count.

USATF Board Dealing With Drama Surrounding CEO Max Siegel’s Salary As Well As Governance Issues Pointed Out By The USOPC USATF tax filings show Siegel was due to receive more than $3 million between 2019 and 2022 on top of his base salary, two board members have left and the audit firm serving USATF since 2012 quit. Along with this, USOPC has asked for USATF governance changes which USATF must comply with or risk decertification.
