LRC Mid-d/Distance Recap 2019 Birmingham DL Recap: Ajee’ Wilson, Beatrice Chepkoech, & KoKo Keep Rolling; Craig Engels Runs 3:35 Wilson and Chepkoech got wins in the 800 and steeple as expected, while KoKo held off Gabriela DeBues-Stafford in the mile. Engels was 3rd in the 1500 behind Ronald Musagala and Stewart McSweyn.Updated with race videos.
