You can run alone, but I believe that you cannot do the same level of work. Unless you are a genius, I think it is impossible to train on your own and achieve the same level of results.”
Patrick Sang: “To be honest, I did not know the capacity of the human mind until Eliud’s first attempt to break the two-hour barrier…” Sang says, “I knew the mind is strong but I didn’t realize how strong. On that morning, I looked into his eyes and he actually believed 100 per cent that he was going to do it.”
