LRC Redemption: Joshua Cheptegei Conquers Kiplimo, Kamworor, and the Course to Become World Champion 2 years ago Cheptegei wilted in the heat while leading before the home Uganadan crowd. Today, he conquered the tough, magnificent Aarhus course that broke the US men’s team that finished 11th. Kirubel Erassa ran a good first leg for the US relay team that finished 4th.
